The MDU Account Manager at Bluepeak is responsible for increasing penetration and enhancing the overall customer experience for property owners, managers, and tenants. This role involves collaborating with property managers and leasing agents in MDUs to promote communication services and packages to residential customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with property owners, managers, homeowners' associations, and consultants to positively impact Bluepeak's business growth.

  • Ensure a seamless internal and external customer experience from pre-installation through the customer lifecycle, identifying and pursuing opportunities for upgrades.

  • Educate customers (B2B and B2C) and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs, including hosting events to enhance brand awareness and increase penetration in our Connected Properties.

  • Maintain updated information to keep our sales funnel active and current.

  • Serve as a client advocate, collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are understood and met.

  • Assist with sales efforts, handling client complaints, and continuously improving the overall customer experience.

  • Provide property management with all necessary collateral, promotional items, and sales tools.

  • Manage the sales process and effectively communicate offers to leasing agents, including guidance on how to pitch our services.

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Position may require up to 40% travel to effectively manage customer relationships and business growth opportunities.

What You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 5+ years of relevant outside sales experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Ability to organize and leave gatherings for 10+ people in various spaces.

  • Must be a great communicator, proficient at public speaking.

  • Competency in verbal, presentation, and written communication for both internal and external personnel at various levels.

  • Culter carrier who energizes, engages, and leads through continuous change.

  • Self-starter with the ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize sales initiatives, projects, and performance objectives with clearly defined metrics.

  • Strong collaboration with direct sales, peers, and executive leadership to provide key on-the-ground insights and feedback to support the development of regional strategies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and OneNote.

  • Saleforce experience preferred.

  • Prolonged periods of walking and standing.

  • Regularly required to talk and hear.

  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull.

  • Required to use phone and iPad.

  • Required to use close vision and be able to focus.

  • Required to lift up to 10lbs at a given time.

  • Must be able to work in inclement weather.

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work occasional weekend and evening events is required.

  • Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
